Huy Fong Sriracha Garlic
This recipe from the Srirachi region of Thailand has been duplicated by many sauce makers. Huy Fong Sriracha is made from sun ripened chiles, is ready to use in soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, chow mein or on anything to add a delicious, spicy taste. Huy Fong Sriracha hot sauce is the closest thing to the real McCoy.

Chili, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Bisulfite as preservatives, and Xanthan Gum.
