Shipping & Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Shipping rates are provided by our shipper, they determine costs based on ship to address and weight.
All orders are shipped from our San Francisco restaurant location. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders placed after 3:00pm (PT) will be processed and shipped within the next 1 to 3 business days.
We regret that we cannot ship to a P.O. BOX address or foreign countries.

Are gift cards cash?
Yes, PLEASE TREAT GIFT CARDS LIKE CASH. The value of the card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Do gift cards expire?Gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed.
How do I purchase a gift card?
You may purchase a gift card at any of our locations or online at our store - thestinkingrosestore.com.
What denominations are available to purchase?
You can purchase a gift card in any amount up to $200 online. You can purchase a gift card in any amount at any of our locations.
Can I purchase a gift card and have it mailed directly to someone?
For purchases on our website we offer direct shipping to anyone with a valid street address or PO BOX. Some restrictions apply.
Can I purchase a gift card on your website and have it left at the restaurant?
Advanced notice is required to have these processed in time. Sometimes we are able to do this the day of the reservation, but typically only Monday-Friday. If you need this the day of or the next day, please contact Pamela directly at 415.407.6699. Enter the restaurant address as the shipping address and leave a note in the comments box on the gift card product page stating that you wish to have the gift card held at the restaurant with the date you will be picking up the card or any reservation information, like name, time and date you have. What are the shipping methods I can choose from?
You can select USPS Standard Mail.
